What we believe
Businesses are experts, not advertisers. The person behind the counter knows things a recommendation algorithm never will. The app puts that knowledge in front of customers — value before the buy.
Coalition over competition. Main Street is a feature, not a coupon. When the bookbinder sends you to the sourdough place two doors down, both shops win. The pool of spendable rewards (we call it Common) is shared across every independent business in the city.
Independent, locally-owned only. Chains build their own apps. This one's for the businesses with a person's name on the lease.
The thread is the relationship. No ranking, no boosted posts, no algorithm deciding what you see. The shops you follow show up. The shops you don't, don't.
Pricing
Customers free, always. Businesses free up to 25 engaged customers; $19/mo flat after that. One price, no tiers, no surprise charges. The meter is visible in your dashboard so the ask never sneaks up.
The fine print
We publish our acceptable use policy, our privacy policy, and our terms of service in full. They’re short, written in plain English, and identical to what you read inside the app.
